Case study: Palmer Capital

Since 2005, Alphega has worked closely with Palmer Capital in the redevelopment of a portfolio of over 100 petrol fillings stations in conjunction with Somerfield as tenant. All sites have required review alteration, adaptation or complete redevelopment in order to meet retail requirements

Alphega has implemented this process by acting as Lead Consultant.

Whilst being responsible for the design, management and cost control of this process, our role has also included the development of a convenience store standard specification and design for the forecourt and building standards and processes for delivery.
