Since 2005, Alphega has worked closely with Somerfield over the re-development of over 100 existing petrol filling stations. Some sites were already owned by Somerfield and a number of other sites Somerfield have a tenant, but all sites have required review and have been altered and adapted in some shape or form in order to meet it’s retail requirements.
Alphega has implemented this process by acting as Lead Consultant.
Whilst being responsible for the design, management and cost control of this process, our role has also included the development of a convenience store standard specification and design for the forecourt and building standards and processes for delivery.
