Case Study: HiQ

Alphega has been working with HiQ since early 2006, to develop a new brand concept for its national chain of vehicle tyre and exhaust dealerships.

This has involved evaluating all areas of the operation of the current business units, including supply chain management, customer interface and experience, brand signage and, ultimately, operations, including the work environment and equipment.

This has resulted in the first prototype site being recently completed in Nottingham, which is currently being evaluated prior to a potential national roll-out programme.
